Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not give refunds for plans or the Launch Kit, in full or in part. You agree to this policy when you check the box at checkout.
Why
Everything you buy is digital and opens the moment you pay: every Play, playbook, guide, and template download. So you can decide before you buy, the scorecard is free, every Play has a free preview, and one template is free with an account.
Plans renew each year
- The Individual plan ($99 a year) and the Association plan ($395 a year) renew automatically each year on the date you joined.
- Cancel any time from your account page with Manage billing, or contact us. On the Association plan, your board's admin manages billing.
- When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the rest of the year.
- Paying by invoice? An invoice that has already been issued is still due if you cancel.
Upgrading and joining a board
- Individual to Association: when you buy the Association plan, the unused time on your Individual plan comes off the price at checkout. This is a credit toward the new plan, not a refund.
- Joining your board's Association plan: your seat includes everything in the Individual plan, so we turn off your Individual plan's renewal. You keep it until its end date. There is no refund for the time left.
The Launch Kit
- The New Association Launch Kit is a one-time purchase of $149. The templates are yours to download right away, so there are no refunds.
- It includes a $149 credit toward the Association plan if you upgrade within 90 days. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
When we will fix a charge
If you were charged twice, or charged in error, tell us and we will refund the mistaken charge. Nothing in this policy limits any refund the law requires.
