Who writes the plays

Association Playbook is a library for the people who keep associations running. Most of them are volunteers. Many inherited the job with no handoff and no manual. This site is the manual.

How the plays work

• Every play is a real problem with a real fix. No theory. If a step does not survive contact with an actual board, it does not make the play.
• Plays are numbered so you can share them. Send "Play 008" to your treasurer and you are both looking at the same thing.
• Every play has a free preview, and the scorecard is free. A plan opens the full playbook for you, or for your whole board.
