The problem
Most associations send one renewal notice and hope. Members who meant to renew forget. By the time anyone notices, they have lapsed.
When to run it
Set it up once, then it runs 60 days before each renewal date.
The steps
Pull the renewal list
Export everyone whose renewal date falls in the next 60 days from your membership database. Include name, email, phone, join date, and the events they attended this year. Assign each member a board contact now, not on day 14.
